1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, subscriptions and related services provided by Interium ("Interium", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading our software, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Interium provides subscription-based access to private gaming software and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). Available features, supported games and limits depend on your active subscription or license. We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Sharing, selling or transferring accounts without our prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Licenses, Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use during the term of your paid subscription or key. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (including Stripe and other payment gateways); by paying you also accept their applicable terms. Subscription renewals, if any, and key validity periods are as stated at checkout or in your account.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by Interium on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the payment method, region and product. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support with your order details. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, crack or redistribute our software except where permitted by mandatory law; (d) share, resell or publicly distribute license keys or builds without authorization; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) use the Service to harm other users or third parties beyond the intended use of the software.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Interium and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly set out in these Terms. Interium is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or any game publisher whose titles may be referenced.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or undetected operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Game updates, anti-cheat changes and third-party actions may affect functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interium's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, bans, hardware issues or lost profits.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; unused subscription time is non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
